I liked the characters in the book. I wanted the book to continue on for more chapters, it was so good!
If you are someone who could read anything then this story is for you! But personally I Couldn't
I couldn't understand this book, the writer made references of them knowing each other; than back-tracked and made references as if they didn't. Very confusing--- I Couldn't relate to her writing style. So as I do with all books I can't understand I deleted it!!!!
Too much of a repeat of a lot of other books for me. Just didn't grab my attention . I had also just read Kate Serines Red and it didn't even come close to be as entertaining as her books are ! I'm an avid reader so I really want something to hold my attention .
This story was short but very steamy. She learns to just let go and go with the flow - no matter where it leads or how strange it feels. I loved it.
Melanie Winters has allowed other people to dictate the direction of her life for a long while now, being safe and boring rather than the wild and exciting person she used to be. Meeting Bradley Gibson has her in knots; he wants the wildness he can see burning under Melanie's exterior. He promises her a journey full of erotic promise and awakens her true nature.
This has a little something for everyone; it's got erotica, contemporary, romance, the alpha male, time travel, and a heroine that is genuine and likable. Since this is part one, it's only a small taste but I appreciate the fact that this is more than just twenty pages. There is a story here that I can get into, more so than some of the much shorter erotic serials that have completely taken over the erotica offerings. I also like that this could be read as a stand alone should a reader not want or can't continue the series.
What I don't like It is a serial and the next part isn't available right now. There is no mention anywhere of when to expect the next one. This is a problem for me, because while I enjoyed the story, I'm going to forget about this and in all likelihood I'll miss out on the next five(!)installments, which is a bummer because right now, I'd like to snap them up and devour them.
I'd recommend this anyway because like I said, I do feel that this can be read as is, with no obligation to continue. It leaves off with a bit of a cliff-hanger but it's not done in such a way that it felt abrupt and unsatisfying to me. I didn't mind it, but that doesn't mean other people will feel the same way. I enjoyed this. I thought it was sexy, interesting, modern, and fun.
